Schevener Hof

Nice location, the food is ok, but the service is horrible and doesn't justify the high prices. We made a reservation for Sunday afternoon. As we arrived, it was raining so we were seated inside. Initially it wasn't crowded at all. But all of a sudden they started to bring everyone inside and the place was full, the stuff was completely hectic and some were not even wearing their masks when walking around. I felt very unsafe, especially as a pregnant woman. Once we were seated, we had to wait 15 min until the waiter brought us some mushed paper menus. we Asked if they have a drinks menu and he turned his back and left us to wait another 10min until he came to ask us what we want to drink. I wanted to order the food, but he said no. Then he forgot again about us, chatting with some people at the next table while seating with them. Another waiter noticed we were sitting there for more than 30 min at an empty table. Our waiter suddenly remembered he was supposed to bring a beer and water. Cannot believe it takes 20 min for that! Then we ordered also the food. I asked for some salt because it was missing from the table and he brought two dispensers, full of dirt and spider webs. I noticed while adding salt into my food, a dead spider was holding onto the container. No one came to ask if food is fine, if we need anything else. For 30€/dish, the service sucked. And with the crowded space, no masks and all, we felt very uncomfortable. This was our 2nd experience here with bad service. First time, the waiter forgot to bring one of the dishes, so we had to wait another 40 min until we could eat together. Will not be returning soon, pity.
